CEOMike Becher brings over 25 years of seasoned expertise in strategic financial planning and business consulting to the Siloam-Sent team. A graduate of Claremont McKenna College, Mike’s distinguished career is built on a foundation of rigorous analysis and high-level leadership. He previously led a prominent business consulting practice where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, complex financing arrangements, and collective bargaining negotiations.
In addition to his consultancy background, Mike has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for diverse organizations across the manufacturing and retail sectors. As a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs, he ensures the highest standards of fiscal integrity and transparency in our organization’s mission.
Beyond his professional accolades, Mike is deeply rooted in the Southern California community. A devoted father of seven, he is an active leader in his local church and is passionate about leveraging his business acumen to create lasting social impact.
Mark Burge
Board of DirectorsProfessor Mark Edwin Burge brings a wealth of legal expertise and strategic vision to the Board of Directors at Siloam-Sent. A Professor of Law at Texas A&M University, Mark is a recognized specialist in Business and Corporate Law, Contract Law, and the future of legal practice skills.
In his role as a Board Member, Mark leverages his extensive background in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and legal analysis to provide critical oversight of the organization’s institutional agreements and governance frameworks. His focus is on ensuring that Siloam-Sent maintains the highest standards of integrity and fiscal responsibility while navigating the complexities of the non-profit landscape.
